This year we decided to hold our lunch and learn series on only 4 Shabbatot. If you were present for the first session of the series in November, you had an opportunity to hear Hy Polsky talk about growing up in Lincoln more than 90 years ago. What a delight it was to listen to his stories! Our second session will be held on January 9th after services. Cece and I are working to confirm our next speaker before publicizing this event to the congregation. If our plan works, it promises to be a wonderful session...another senior member sharing his memories about Tifereth Israel.
