A Poem in Honor of Ben Novicoff

Bodies age but souls seem to be ageless
Even when a friend reaches the ripe old age of
Ninety-five there can still be the sense that life has

Not lost its meaning
Or become routine because caring about others hasn’t ceased
Voice and hearing may seem dimmer but
Intuition has certainly not dulled and
Connections with other are still paramount
Often stories are shared which bring to life a past that
Forever is out of our reach except through the transmission of
Friendly glimpses of times gone by and hopes for the future.
